ASD Unit, Our Lady's Templemore - Design Team proposal for the construction of an ASD unit at Our Lady's Secondary School, Templemore, Co. Tipperary .

We wish to invite individual Design Team Consultancy Services (Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer and Quantity Surveyor) to submit a Tender to design and manage the construction of a Two Classroom ASD unit 552m2 as per the standard DES schedule of accommodation at Our Lady's Secondary School Templemore. This newly appointed Design Team must liaise with a Design Team of a Major Project currently under construction at the school. This is to ensure that the design of the ASD unit is compatible with the Major Building Project. The design of the ASD unit will necessitate demolition work and the replacement of some existing accommodation. The unit must be integrated with the existing school building.
