SWS Roof Upgrade project at Scoil an tSeachtar Laoch NS, Ballymun Road, Dublin11

The project involves the upgrading of the existing roof to include the following scope; removal of existing flat roof covering and installation of fully bonded warm roof system. Scope to include replacement of existing rooflights & creation of dropped ends, drainage channels & the like, allowing for all new flashings, etc., as required.The school has a floor area of approximately 465m2. All of the works will be done in accordance with the best practice & DoES Technical Guidance TGD 02.
