Shannon Group’s requirement for Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisory services is being tendered by Shannon Group for its entire business. The framework will be used to draw down Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisory services in respect of Shannon Group’s requirements over the duration of the framework. The framework will cover Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisory requirements for Shannon Group plc. (“Shannon Group”). It will also include Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisory requirements for any future subsidiaries, joint ventures or associated businesses of Shannon Group.
