A Single storey extension (Approx. 240m2) and the renovation of the existing boiler house building (Approx. 230m2 over 3 stories) to the north of the existing school building. The new single storey extension consists of 2 resource rooms and 2 group rooms and a common room. The renovation of the existing boiler house, consists of a new caretakers workshop and electrical store at basement level, guidance office, group room at ground level and 2 group rooms at first floor together with a lift and new internal stairs. The 5No. toilet facilities (Approx. 205m2) renovations comprise new internal finishes, doors and sanitaryware.
