Lead Consultant Appointment for the Design and Construction of a Group Home at Tierney Street, Ardee, County Louth

Oaklee Housing Trust in partnership with Louth County Council and St John of God, St Mary’s Drumcar propose to develop a scheme for adults with high support needs (intellectual disability) at Tierney Street, Ardee. The proposed site for the scheme is located on the lands owned by the Louth County Council at Tierney Street, Ardee. The site itself has OPP for the there affordable sites. The plot is currently vacant however all services are present to the site. The site is part of a small development of previously built affordable sites and dwellings built by Oaklee for Louth County Council.
