UCC/2014/54 - High Resolution X-Ray Imaging System

UCC wishes to procure a high-resolution x-ray imaging system to enable high- definition imaging of a range of electronic samples including: microcircuits & hybrid circuits housed in metal and ceramic package; printed circuit board assemblies; ball-grid arrays (BGAs);flip-chip assemblies (both solder and adhesive based): photonic devices (with optical fibre i/a); MEMs devices; biomedical devices and other novel structures/ assemblies with very small features of interest.
