Catering Services Concession (Cork)

The Office of the Revenue Commissioners proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to award a catering service concession for operation of their staff canteen at their Blackpool offices in Cork. The Office of the Revenue Commissioners requests tenders for the services of suitably qualified catering service providers. This service concession calls for a full catering service (Breakfast, Lunch and Coffee Breaks), on a Monday to Friday basis, to some 400 employees based at its Blackpool offices, Cork. Estimated annual turnover is €250,000. The proposed service concession will be for an initial period of three years with four possible annual renewals up to a maximum of seven years in all.
