Supply, Delivery & Off-Loading of Trees 2014-15

Dublin City Council invites tenders from qualified nurserymen in order to establish a single party framework agreement for the supply, delivery and unloading of trees to the Parks & Landscape Services Division during November. The successful supplier will be responsible for the off loading of the items from the container and placement on the receiving area as directed by Council Parks Staff. Price tendered to include any costs in relation to this. South Dublin County Council & Fingal County Council are also eligible to use these arrangements. However, there is no obligation whatsoever on South Dublin County Council or Fingal County Council to award any contract under this Framework Agreement. Any such decision will be a matter solely for South Dublin County Council & Fingal County Council. Should South Dublin County Council or Fingal County Council decide to participate in this single party Framework Agreement; • The terms and costs provided under this Framework Agreement must be offered on the same basis to them. • Dublin City Council will not be responsible for brokering an agreement between them and the successful tenderer. No obligation will exist for any contracting authority to place orders through this contract. Named contracting authorities are not and will not be under any obligation to avail of the service provision, if any, pursuant to this competition. No contract awarded pursuant to this RFT will confer exclusivity to the Contractor where appointed.
