2125 - Roof repair works to St. Pauls Secondary School

The proposed works include new roof covering to flat roof areas over classrooms X3 and X4 as detailed on the drawings, including, • Fitting new drainage system from the flat roof to connect to the existing surface water drainage system. • Fitting new flat roof covering including all flashings and upstands. • Repairs to the existing tiled main roof.
