2014 Devolved Project - 2 Classroom ASD unit & Sewage Works

We wish to invite a fully integrated architect led Design Team consultancy services to include (Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, PSDP and AC) to submit a Tender to design and manage the construction of additional accommodation consisting of a two Classroom A.S.D. Facility Extension, as per the standard schedule of accommodation, total area 470m2. Additional hard play space of 100m2 and car park area for six additional cars and additional hardplay ball court for the displaced play area due to new extensions to be provided as part of this project which will extend the existing parking arrangements. The existing septic tank will need to be upgraded to accommodate the proposed development. The existing building services may not have capacity for the expansion proposed and so provision must be made for creating the additional capacity required
