SUM14-02 - Extension to Scoil Uí Mhuirí, Dunleer, Co. Louth

Louth and Meath Education and Training Board is committed to the procurement of a high standard of construction in all of their projects; and therefore are seeking to pre-qualify suitably competent Builders with experience and ability appropriate to the scale and complexity of this project based on the pre-qualification criteria set out herein with particular reference to the experience and track record of delivery of similar works. The project involves the construction of a c. 3,100m2 two-storey extension providing new teaching spaces, special education needs unit and ancillary accommodation, modifications to site landscaping to form additional parking spaces and play areas as well as a new roundabout and school set-down area to the R170 roadway and also including a new canopy and services link to the existing school with associated works to the existing school at Scoil Uí Mhuirí, Dunleer, Co. Louth. This contract was awarded to McAleer & Teague
