INJ/01/14 - Supply, Installation and Support of an IP Telephony Solution (IPTS)

The purpose of this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) is to award a contract for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of an Internet Protocol (IP) based telephony system to replace InjuriesBoard.ie’s existing PBX. It is anticipated that the IPTS will be integrated with Microsoft Exchange 2010 Server for its email services, and the Exchange Unified Messaging (UM) features of Microsoft Exchange used to enhance communications capabilities for its users.
