Waterford City and County Council wish to engage the services of a consultant engineer to carry out a preliminary design to public consultation stage for a proposed Green Route, to provide improved pedestrian, cycle and bus measures along the R680 (Cork Road) corridor from the L1515 (Paddy Browne's Road) junction to the R708 (Catherine Street) Junction at the Mall.
