Catering Concession for Desmond College, Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick

A catering service concession for Desmond College which is under the patronage of Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board. It is located in Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick. The school currently has 530 students enrolled. All junior students must remain on campus for the duration of the school day which is 267 students. Approximately 60 students remain on campus each evening attending evening study and homework club. 45 students approximately attend a breakfast club each morning. There is a current staff of 50 plus. Tenderers should note that from September 2014 students will be kept on school campus in the mornings and before Evening Study. Tenders are invited for the following services: (a) Provide catering services to the students and staff at the following times during normal school times - Morning 8:15am-8:55am; Break 10:50am-11.05am; Lunch 12:56pm-1:39pm; Evening 3.30pm-3:45 p.m. The school opens 167 days per year in addition to 12 days for State Examinations. The service provider will also provide additional services for various functions arising during the college year.
