1422 St Josephs BNS SWS 2014 - St Josephs Boys National School Rathkeale Summer Works Electrical Upgrade

The project involves a complete strip out and full upgrade of the electrical and ICT services to 3 of the school buildings including the following services:- • Complete strip out of the existing electrical services and wiring • Upgrade relocation & reconfiguration of the ESB service to entrance lobby • Main Electrical Distribution Centre & Final MCB / RCD Boards • Electrical Wiring Installation & containment systems • General Service & Equipment Power Systems • Electric Space Heating Systems • General Lighting System with energy saving automatic controls • External Lighting Systems with automatic controls • Emergency & Escape Lighting System to IS3217:2013 • ICT Structured Wiring Systems • Retain Fire Detection & Alarm System and upgrade where necessary • Retain existing Intruder Alarm, Access Control & Door Entry Systems and reconnect to the new power system with minor mods • Retain existing CCTV System with new power supplies and minor mods • All associated builders works, opening up, making good and re-decoration All works to be completed in accordance with in accordance with the current Departments TGD 002, TGD 004 and TGD 030, ETCI wiring regulations and Irish Standards.
