The Project requires removal and replacement of existing footways, kerbs and pavement on the N21 National Primary Road at two separate locations in the town of Newcastle West, Realignment of the existing R520 / N21 junction, associated drainage and services works and the construction of a pedestrian footbridge across the Arra River.
