The site of the proposed works is Mayo, Sligo & Leitrim ETB, Administrative Offices, St. Georges Terrace, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim. The contract comprises of the demolition of a section of the existing building and an extension, stripping out all internal finishes, minor demolitions and alterations to the remaining existing building and all associated finishes. Works also to include minor site development and landscaping.
