The primary objective of this contract is to provide support and maintenance to Chief Civil Engineer (CCE) Buildings & Facilities department of Iarnród Éireann for Mechanical Systems and Services currently in use at asset locations throughout the rail network. The list of sub systems shall be categorised as follows: 1) Oil & Gas Boiler Heating Systems 2) Heat Recovery Systems 3) Solar Heating Systems 4) Air Handling Systems 5) Air Conditioning Systems 6) Water Storage & Pumped Systems 7) Hot and Cold Domestic plumbing Systems 8) Gravity and Pumped foul Systems
