This contract is for the provision of a facilities management service for An Bord Pleanála for a duration of 3 years. The services required include Mechanical and Electrical maintenance, general building maintenance, cleaning, security personnel & surveillance and canteen / catering services. The office building is seven floors over basement carpark. The estimated value of the contract is approximately €1,000,000.
