The Contract to be awarded from this competition is for the Construction of a new build archive building with a footprint of approximately 800m2 to accommodate a multi level storage system for archive material connecting to an existing building. The Contract may require phased completion of the works. Candidates will be shortlisted to a maximum of 8.
