FD/02/05/298 - Investigation and Mediation Services into complaints about workplace relationships

This public procurement competition (“Competition”) relates to Investigation and Mediation Services into complaints about workplace relationships to include Harassment, Sexual Harassment and/or Bullying complaints in accordance with Irish Prison Service policy. The purpose of this Competition is to establish a multi operator Framework with a maximum number of five framework members (“Framework Member”) to provide the Services. The five highest ranking Tenderers pursuant to this Competition shall each be awarded a place on the Framework.
