HSE 2745 - Framework Agreement Provision of ICT Technical Support Services

The purpose of the Framework is to seek to provide additional ICT technical capacity and capability to the Irish Health Service at market competitive rates. The framework will establish a list of suppliers suitably qualified to: (a) Augment internal ICT technical resources and (b) Provide complete packages of work on behalf of the customer. There will be seven Lots in total. Lots 1 to 4 will cover requirements for resource augmentation. Lots 5 to 7 will be used where complete packages of work are being offered to the market. The framework will establish a list of providers to which individual contracts will be awarded, as the needs arise by means of mini-competitions, among those that are deemed qualified. The services required under this framework will assist in the HSE in the ongoing support and development of existing services as well as the successful implementation of new services and projects. Services required may include, but are not limited to:- • Technical Planning and Development • Applications Support • Application Development • ICT Operations & Infrastructure • Networks & Communications • Project Planning and Delivery
