Request for proposals for provision of Information Technology consultancy Services to develop an INFOMAR Educational Outreach Development Programme (EODP). The programme will incorporate information technology in the development, execution, management and reporting of this specific thematic project. INFOMAR is the national marine mapping programme, which is a follow on project to the Irish National Seabed Survey (INSS) and is being undertaken as a joint venture between GSI and the Marine Institute (MI).
