You are invited to submit a tender for the proposed alterations & extension of the existing Parish Centre at Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. The proposed alterations & extension of the existing Parish Centre comprising of ; • Demolition of the existing toilet bock 25.91 sq.m • Blocking up of existing entrance door and re-location of entrance to adjacent wall opening up of existing window to include minor internal alterations • New extension to the Western end of existing building, comprising of new general purpose meeting rooms, tea station and toilets. • Construction of a Youth Café, to the Western end of Parish Centre, gable end of Phase 1 building. • New pedestrian entrance and gate within existing boundary wall off Kilcoole / Greystones Road (R761) • Demolition of existing boundary wall along Lott Lane, provision of 12 no. off street car parking spaces, construction of new boundary wall and pedestrian entrance gate. • Enlargement of existing vehicular entrance gate along Lott Lane and the provision of 4 no. off street car parking spaces within site. • All associated site and ancillary works All at the Parish Centre, junction of Kilcoole / Greystones Road (R761) and Lott Lane, Kilcoole, Co.
