Evaluation of SFI Principal Investigator (PI) Programme

The purpose of this RFT is to select a company to conduct an ex-post evaluation of SFI's PI Programme and the funding awarded under the programme from the years 2000–2011 inclusive. The PI programme was the first operated by SFI after its establishment and sought to build Ireland's scientific research capacity and to build capabilities in areas that would see translation into enterprise and industry.
