The Hospital wishes to purchase and deploy hardware and software for outpatient clinics areas within the hospital to allow patients to: - •Register their arrival in the clinic (check-in) •To view and, where applicable, update their demographic data •To provide data (e.g. mobile telephone numbers and email addresses) •To record consent for the use of email addresses and SMS messaging •To support other applications such as way finding, feedback gathering, patient information dispensing •To consent & allow patients to participate in structured surveys as designed by SJH and the Patient Advocacy Committee.
