Contract 1 – South Green & Harbour Road Sewer Replacement

This contract involves: (i) Construction of approx. 15m of 150mm dia. concrete sewers; (ii) Construction of approx. 152m of 300mm dia. concrete sewer; (iii) Construction of approx. 72m of 375mm dia. concrete sewers; (iv) Construction of approx. 429m of 450mm dia. concrete sewers; (v) Construction of approx. 203m of 525mm dia. concrete sewers; (vi) Construction of approx. 48m of 600mm dia. concrete sewers; (vii) Construction of approx. 498m of 900mm dia. concrete sewers; (viii) Construction of 2 No. submersible pump stations and control kiosk at South Quay; (ix) Demolishing existing surface water sewers/culverts and combined sewers; (x) Abandoning existing surface water sewers and culverts; (xi) Construction of 4 no. outfalls to the Avoca River (2 no. through the existing sheet piled wall and 2 no. through the existing masonry wall); (xii) Temporary Works associated with the construction of the above sewers and outfalls; (xiii) Replacement of approximately 232m of watermains with 110mm OD PE100 watermain and construction of approx. 196m of new 110mm OD PE100 watermain along Harbour Road, (xiv) Connections to existing watermains and existing private properties along Harbour Road, (xv) Road reconstruction of approx. 1,625m2 of South Green; and, (xvi) Traffic Management.
