Irish Thoroughbred Marketing is a not-for-profit, non-trading organisation, with the strength and integrity of Irish Government support and the backing of the Irish Bloodstock industry, which assures absolute integrity and impartiality. Irish Thoroughbred Marekting requires the provision of an integrated advertising service, incorporating both graphic design and media buying activities. The successful framework member emerging from this competitive process will be required to produce advertisements and purchase media space for the placement of the developed advertisements.
