Single-Party Framework Agreement for Cash in Transit Services
Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was formally established by the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act of 2001. Tote Ireland (‘Tote’) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Horse Racing Ireland, with responsibility for the operation of a totalisator on the 25 racecourses in the Republic of Ireland. Horse Racing Ireland has established a single-party framework agreement for the provision of cash in transit services to Horse Racing Ireland, HRI Racecourses Ltd and Tote Ireland. The successful tenderer is Senaca Cash Management Solution.
