Consultancy Services for Cardiff Teleform Software Development and Support

The Department invites Tenders for the provision consultancy services for: • The development and implementation of new correspondence templates and associated scripts using Cardiff Teleform software; • Support and maintenance of the current Cardiff Teleform functionality including changes/enhancements to existing Teleform templates and scripts; • Support and maintenance of, and recommendations for, the optimisation of the Teleform scanning infrastructure and environments; • Knowledge and skills transfer to Department staff on the development and support of templates and of the Teleform infrastructure.
