Contract for the construction of Building and Civil works for the proposed new Sludge Treatment Facility at Ballymore Eustace Water Treatment Plant

Dublin City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the construction of a new Sludge Treatment Facility at Ballymore Eustace Water Treatment Plant. The works will involve construction of an aprox 2,500 m2 industrial portal frame structure on a recessed raft slab, with 900m2 reinforced concrete sludge holding tanks, a 198m2 underground surface water attenuation tank, ancillary drainage, civil works and landscaping. This Contract was awarded on the 30/12/2013 to Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. Unit R, M7 Bussness Park, New Hall , Naas , Co. Kildare. Four Tenders were recieved.
