Provision of Horse Seizure services and Horse Pound Facility for Kilkenny County Council, Carlow County Council and Laois County Council

Kilkenny County Council invites tenders for the provision of horse seizure services and horse pound facility for the three local authorities Kilkenny County Council, Carlow County Council and Laois County Council. Kilkenny County Council is acting as Contracting Authority (CA) for this tender competition on behalf of Carlow County Council and Laois County Council. For operational purposes, the successful tenderer shall communicate directly with the relevant individual Local Authority. Monthly invoices in arrears shall be forwarded to each of the authorities for processing by them. The contract term shall be for an initial period of one year. The CA, in consultation with the other local authorities, reserves the right to extend the initial term of the proposed contract for a further period of one year.
