HSE 197/12 - Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System & Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) Solution & Associated Options for the National Ambulance Service

The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders for the supply, commissioning, configuration, modification (if necessary), installation, data migration (if necessary), integration, implementation and on-going support of a of Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) and Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) Solution and associated options to aid in the day-to-day operation and overall management of the National Ambulance Service (NAS). The HSE intends to employ a single managed support solution model for all elements of the Emergency Management Suite with the successful tenderer from this competition taking the role of primary support.
