ITT for the provision of a jobs board service for Enterprise Ireland’s IT’s Happening Here (ITHH) initiative. It aims to promote the IT sector as an exciting place for creative software professionals to work. The ITHH initiative is a jobs board website to connect Irish companies with software professionals. The ITT outlines the requirements for a website to replace a current online service to support the ITHH. The website will be centred around a jobs board, a CV database and content promoting Ireland and specifically the Irish owned software industry as a rewarding place to work. The successful jobs board service must be implemented by the provider by 1st July 2013. Enterprise Ireland is currently managing the ITHH initiative but intends to transfer ownership of the website and functionality to the Irish Software Association (ISA) in 2013. The chosen system will operate for a period of three years, with the owner having the option of discontinuing support and maintenance at the beginning of year 2 and year 3.
