Wicklow County Council requires an architect lead consultant for development of a joint building comprising a library and local Area Offices for Arklow and environs. The project was initially planned as a stand alone library, but has since been upgraded to also include County Council Area Offices. Stage 1 investigative studies and site surveys have been completed and the project has been lodged for planning permission with Arklow Town Council.
