This invitation to tender requires the removal and replacement of existing render system to approximately 39sq.m of masonry substrate with acrylic render system and removal and replacement of existing ETICS system to approximately 373sq.m of wall system and replacement with new ETICS system. Replacement of external windows and doors and reinstatement of associated sundry works to include redecoration.
