NDFA Devolved Schools Building Programme 2 - Bundle 4 Project Lee Site Investigation Works
The National Treasury Management Agency describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency on behalf of the Minister for Education are seeking Site Investigations Works in respect of the Devolved Schools Building Programme 2 - Bundle 4 Project Lee. The Bundle 4 Project Lee Site Investigations are to be carried out at five (5) project sites. The project sites are split into two (2) Lots as follows: Lot 1: (3 Nr Sites) (a) Scoil Mhuire Secondary School & Gaelscoil Na Boinne (Shared campus), Trim, Co. Meath, WGS-84: 53.547058, -6.788753; (b) Ballintemple National School, Cork City, Co. Cork, WGS-84 51.891834, -8.447036; (c) Gaelscoil Kinsale, Kinsale, Co. Cork, P17 VF84 Lot 2: (2 Nr sites) (a) Boyne Community School, Trim, Co. Meath, C15 RK79; (b) Adamstown Castle Educate Together National School, Adamstown, Co. Dublin, WGS-84 53.345, -6.458 You are invited to submit tenders for one or both Lots. If a Tenderer elects to tender for both Lots, a separate tender must be submitted for each Lot. Please note that Tenderers may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Lot, subject to adequate competition. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price, subject to compliance and verification of the requested Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (“SAQ”) information prior to contract award. Tenders for Lot 1 will be evaluated first and the apparently successful tender for Lot 1 will be identified (“Lot 1 Preferred Tender”). If the Tenderer that submitted the Lot 1 Preferred Tender has also submitted a tender for Lot 2, that Tenderer’s tender for Lot 2 will be removed from the evaluation of the Lot 2 tenders. Compliance with the minimum requirements contained in the SAQ is to be addressed by way of self-declaration. Please see the tender documents attached to this notice for further information.

In order to apply for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 it is necessary for bidders to provide a response to this Compulsory Lot. In order to respond to this Compulsory Lot, the bidder is required to provide a response to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). This approach has been adopted to avoid bidders for both lots submitting the SAQ form twice
