Detailed description:

Design and construction of playground. Design to incorporate civils works, construction of playground spilt in to 2 sections (i) wetpour surface incorporating play equipment (ii) artificial grass for ball play area. Area to have 2.4m wire mesh fencing, 2no. pedestrian gates, footpath construction and 2 accessible carparking bays. Perimeter lighting with a supply to be taken from adjacent building.
