Construction of a purpose-built, town centre mixed use development to include 117 bed student accommodation facility over 4 floors along with ancillary common room facilities on all floors, a café and ancillary space on ground floor and the restoration and change of use of the existing Buckley House (Protected Structure) into a restaurant/café, and extensive refurbishment of 2no cottages for own door accommodation. Total development size 3,900m2.
