Re: To erect Toilets facilities to rear of existing school building & connect to existing 
services and all associated works at St. Bricin’s College, Railway Road, 
Corporation Lands, Belturbet, Co. Cavan for Cavan and Monaghan 
Education and Training Board.
Dear Sirs,
On behalf of our client, Cavan & Monaghan ETB, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender 
quotation for the provision of a new Toilet facilities to rear of existing school building & connect 
to existing services and all associated works at St Bricin’s College, Railway Road, Corporation 
Lands, Belturbet, Co. Cavan. The works are subject to Planning Permission, Fire Safety certificate 
and Disability accessible certificate.
The contract for the works will be FTS5 v2.5 7 January 2022 Public Works Contract for Minor Building 
or Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer. The award will be based on price & 
information supplied on tender response document.
The successful Contractor will have produced a current Tax Clearance Cert and appropriate 
insurance cover as indicated in preliminaries section of the Works Schedule Document prior to 
signing of a contract.
Contractors must upload fully priced Volume C – Pricing Document as well as Volume B -Tender 
and Schedule, also fully filled out Tender Response Document and the completed and signed 
Suitability Assessment Declaration and any supporting documentation and upload on e-tender 
portal in pdf format
By 5pm on the 12th May 2023
Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated suitability 
assessment declaration to be deemed a valid tender in pdf format on the RFT.
All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be uploaded to this RFT and will 
not be issued in hard copy.
