2023 TETB 014 - Replacement of Existing 1996 Building Space Heating Service, Gas Safety Systems & Associated Electrical Services and Builder work at Scoil Ruain, Killenaule, Co Tipperary E41 XY95

This project involves replacing the existing space heating system in the 1996 Building at Scoil Ruain, Killenaule, Co Tipperary, E41 XY95. It also includes upgrades to the gas safety systems. All associated electrical and builderswork shall be completed as part of this project. The existing building is a single storey building with exposed roof in all rooms except the toilet facilities which have a flat ceiling. The building is in full use during the normal school term and the school will require heating to be fully operational during the school heating season. In general, it is proposed to complete these works during the school Summer holiday period.
