Summer Works - Heating Upgrade - St. Angela's Secondary School Waterford

The proposed works comprises of the Mechanical Services Installation works associated with the complete replacement of the existing system of heating distribution within the following buildings: St. Joseph’s, Miranda Building, PE Hall, with new 2 pipe systems of distribution throughout, to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. Works also include for upgrading of heating centre, and connecting in existing circuits to the St. Angela’s Building. The works to the PE Hall, as shown and as detailed on the accompanying drawings, shall be allowed for.
