CCD-2331 - Extension to Castlerahan Community Centre

The works consist of the construction of a two story extension to the existing community centre building including all associated siteworks, specified. All in according with the architects’ drawings and specifications. The Tenderer/Contractor shall note that the works are to be carried out next to and adjoining the existing hall facility. The hall shall remain in operation except when the contractor needs to carry out localized works that will require closure. As stated in the works requirements and form of tender and schedule, the contractor is required to start the works after award as early as possible and complete the works within 2023. Note the exact dates will be Inserted in the building contract and will be strictly adhered to.
