The Provision of Business Management Consultancy & Advisory Services for the HSE Conti Post Incident Review Implementation (Cyber Attack) Support & reporting of critical systems. In response to the unprecedented HSE Cyber Attack, the office of the Chief Operations Office obtained ICT consultancy resources under emergency arrangements. This allowed the HSE to act quickly and build critical National ICT Infrastructure that was used to manage the States response to the Cyber Attack in May 2021. Ernst and Young resources were incorporated into the Cyber Transformation Programme (CPT) Team. EY are providing continuation of support to the CPT Team for the HSE in delivering the critical Programme of works as stated on the PWC Post Incident Report.
