Youth Hub, Woodland Grove - Supply and installation of youth Hub including associated works

This tender is for the Provision of a new Youth Hub at Athlone County Westmeath. The new youth hub is replacing an earlier shed/ structure that was used as a youth hub / meeting space from 2013 to January 2023. The youth Hub is to be build on the same site as the existing dwelling (currently used as a community health care space at 17 Woodlands Grove, Athlone. The original Youth Hub was demolished and substantially removed from site in February 2023 to make way for the new replacement youth hub / meeting space. The new Youth Hub building will be built to the most recent Building control standards.
