RFT Kilmainham 2023 - Provision of Retail Service
The Office of Public Works (OPW) invites suitable candidates to submit tenders for the provision of a Retail Gift Shop at Kilmainham Gaol and Courthouse Museum. The site opens to the public on a fulltime basis 361 days per year. It attracts significant numbers of visitors and has a strong income profile of admissions and sales income. All admissions to Kilmainham Courthouse are through the Visitor Centre with guided tours all year round, however both paying/non-paying visitors have access to the Retail Area. It is also noteworthy that all tours exit through the retail area. Full details can be found in the attached document.
