All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation. 

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format / protocal for questions, response times, format of response. 

Please note that the contracting authority will not re responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.   The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stageg up to formal conclusion of a contract. 

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU Supply (ie the etendrs website ) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than the authroisties corporate email address.
