LHP Skillnet Feasibility Study - LHP Skillnet is seeking to partner with a research company to explore the feasibility of a national induction programme for healthcare assistants working in homecare in Ireland.

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

In Ireland’s home care sector, every healthcare assistant (HCA) is required to undergo a minimum set of trainings before they are permitted to engage with their clients in the community. This educational standard safeguards the health and security of the vulnerable service-users for whom home care HCAs are responsible. The purpose of this project is to research and outline a plan to develop a national induction programme for healthcare assistants working in the home care sector.
