LA2442C - LA2442C - RFT for the Provision of a Maintenance Service Contract comprising of three (3) lots for the Health Service Executive (HSE)

This is a service contract for the Provision of Maintenance Services for Analytical Chemistry Equipment for the HSE. The Services comprise of a preventative maintenance and technical support service contract for a range of analytical equipment that are stated in the Appendix 2 – Pricing Schedule. Services required include preventive maintenance, technical support from trained engineers and emergency call out cover. The Service Provider MUST be able to tender for ALL the equipment stated in the lot being tendered for in the Appendix 2 Pricing Schedule. This Competition is broken into three (3) lots. Suppliers may tender for an individual lot or multiple lots but MUST tender for all equipment listed in the Lot be tendered for. Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be issued for a term of thirty-six (36) months (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of three (3) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. Should there be any changes in the proposed funding, the HSE have the right to purchase additional services and also reserve the right to alter our requirements in line with the availability of funding.
