The project includes internal refurbishment works of Whiteabbey and Monkstown Community Centres. The project is located at 2 Community Centres, Monkstown Community Centre, Cashel Dr, Newtownabbey BT37 0EY, and Whiteabbey Community Centre, 55 Glenville Rd, Newtownabbey BT37 0TA. Project Scope - the project includes the following elements; • Whiteabbey Community Centre: Installation of vinyl flooring in main hall including self-levelling compounds, replacement skirting & making good, provision of external security lighting. • Monkstown Community Centre: Kitchen refurbishment including new units, mechanical and electrical work, extension to existing storage including new stud walls etc., shelving, alteration to heating pipework, installation of new sink and hand dryer.
